Keeping your license information up do date and accurate is key to your relationship with the Liquor Authority. Failing to do so can result in a world of pain-business and financial.
Here is a list of the most common times when you need to update your information. If you want or need help, call, text, or email me.
* Add a new partner.
* A partner leaves: buyout, resignation, death, or disability.
* Name changes of a partner due to marriage or divorce.
* Adding space to your establishment.
* Major remodeling to your space.
* Business name change. Corporate or a new DBA.
* Changing/upgrading your liquor service: to full liquor.
* Moving your main location.
* Adding a branch location.
What Do I Charge? I charge a flat fee. The exact amount depends on the type of license, the location, the complexity of the case and your deadline.
The price I quote you will not change. If the Liquor Authority requires additional or new information (and they do, a lot), that’s included.
If you need something done, I’m here. If you need help with something I don’t do, I can refer you to someone who does.
