Did you know that the Liquor Authority has now authorized a new license for caters who do not own their own retail food service premises?
It allows them to cater events and serve alcohol from their own non-retail location on essentially the same terms as an on-premises.
There are some specific requirements, of course, but they are not difficult to meet, and the new license type is a great opportunity for caterers to expand their business and earn more revenue through proper alcohol sales.
If you or someone you know has an interest in applying for this new license type, I’m here for you.
In the meantime, if you have questions or need help with a liquor license issue or transaction, please contact me to see how I can help.
